Virtue Prayers

Random thought...I have many. It occurs to me from time to time that somewhere during my 31 years on this planet, I must have prayed for patience. Most likely it happened in my recent history, all things considered. Don't pray for virtues people! What I have discovered is that God doesn't hand those out for free. No, No... He "develops" them. Developing involves trials. Developing takes time and you guessed it...Patience. Apparently I'm a slow learner because I think I've been developing this virtue for 7 years or more. I need to get with the program!!!
